Dec 28,2022Won £1500 via using bonus money, my nan had recently passed away, it’s Christmas and my daughters birthday in a fortnight, as anyone can understand this money would have gone really far at this time. My account stated that I had £1500 in cash ready to be withdrawn, I thought that due to the previous deposits and amounts I had made this was wagered due to this, I withdrew the money and called their customer support team and emailed them, they had stated that the full amount was due to be paid. Excited I had ordered flowers for my nan and promised my daughter a new bed for her upcoming birthday. This morning I had awoken to an email to say that they will only be paying out £100. They have literally put money into my hands that was desperately needed at this time and ripped it back out again. All indications was there that this was to be paid out, this funds being in my cash amount and not bonus, the full amount available to be withdrew and emails and phone calls to confirm it would be, right up until this morning. I am devastated.

Dec 22,2022Absolute disgrace of a site nothing but issues whilst playing state they have a 24/7 support yet it took 3 days to respond to my email to which they never addressed my on going issues on site and blamed cache and cookies on my devices I’ve sunk a few £100 pounds on this site with no decent wins or bonuses best advice I can give is avoid people writing these reviews are 100% truthful

Dec 13,2022Absolutely disgusting robbing site. Got bonus spins and won so used this to play slots. Played for hours and hours and ended up winning £500. I continued to watch 'my account' to see winnings move from 100% bonus to 100% cash which obviously meant I had met the wagering requirements. I withdrew the £500 and went to sleep thinking I could now treat my grandkids for Xmas. Woke up this morning to see an email saying as wad bonus they have only paid £100. The £400 was put back on my balance and still showed as cash. I played a few more games and then withdrew £350 but they are not paying this to me. Spoke to customer services and even the guy on the phone could see why I was fuming. Surely the systems works in line with the 'bonus terms' so the winnings should have always remained as bonus cash as opposed to real withdrawable cash. Have complained but probably won't get anywhere as they love to use little loopholes to avoid paying out. Lovely of the huge company to stitch people up two weeks before Xmas!! STAY AWAY

Dec 10,2022Scam with regards to sign up bonus they will swear you did not opt in for the match bonus. Withdrawals are extremely slow and if you withdraw on a Friday it won’t even be processed until Monday and then can take upto 5 working days to get the money they owe you.

Dec 05,2022Had cash in my account for months yesterday I won a £5 bonus on the wheel so used it this morning and won £40 left me with over £50 in my account. Popped back a few hours later to find the whole lot removed contacted chat and was informed the bonus had expired so all winnings removed. Including all I had previous in my account as well what a bunch of cowboys be better giving cash to charity not filling the already rich with more cash account is now closed. I appreciate what I did take from you though only deposited £10 but have taken alot more from them 😂

Dec 05,2022I work in the industry and can't bet with who I work for. Let me tell you this!!! This site is a joke. It's stingy, and it's fixed. At least my company are fair. These need looking into 100%. Never won anything with these after winning multiple times with other sites and shops. AVOID!

All they do taking your money over and over and never giving anything back. Avoid. Instead just go join Pink casino. Really decent casino not like these money grabbing scums.
