Thing is, if you win on the free spins, you have to keep playing those games until your games balance is less than £1 or you can't bet on any sports using the real money you deposited as a new member. By the time you've done that, as happened to me, I had to use some of my real money to get the games money balance under £1. Of my £10 real money deposit, I was left with £3.60 ish after this games nonsense to bet on sports with. Did have a chat with Customer service and was told its in the Ts and Cs, so there...

Apr 10,2023disgusting site. spent hundreds using this site not had one single free bet or free spin. customer service is a joke so rude. played ted megaways over 400 spins only at ten pence a spin almost impossible to win. finally got two features after losing a lot and it gave me 0.19 pence and 0.23 pence no lie its beyond a joke. ive noticed its impossible to get any sort of win lately and looking at the reviews many people have the same issue. funny how they have just been fined aswell now u cant seem to win a fiver need to be closed down joke

Apr 10,2023DISABILITY DISCRIMINATING I have never had a problem with this casino until today when I had a promo saying 100% bonus for 24 hours I deposited £75 and only had £35 bonus on top I went to the live chat the convo was fine it was a huge miscommunication error with the promo on there end they still should’ve given me the missing bonus! As it was meant to be 100% when I mentioned I was autistic they manipulated the whole convo to making it seem I had s gambling problem and that I was sad about losing which I wasn't I was sad about the lie of having 100% bonus!! They were unhelpful and stereotyping and then blocked my account!

Apr 06,2023£480 on £2 a spin on big fish bonanza biggest main win was £20 and when I was down to my last few spins I finally got the bonus. All I got was £86 from the bonus after £450 you get more fish on the main board. It just swallows your money and gives nothing back. You play the demo and you get countless bonuses. Apr 04,2023Signed up as a new customer and deposit 10 and supposed to get welcome bonus and nothing came I went on live chat and rang basically its 1 bonus per bt address lol so if someone lived at my address before myself and opened an account then I'm not entitled haha have you ever heard such nonsense? I'm a different person so previous person regardless of address should not impact upon my account as its separate. An absolute joke of a company not a great experience for a new customer. Terrible to be honest. Worst thing is this is 2 apartments sharing a bt address lol madness

Apr 04,2023absolutely deplorable site!!! i have logged in once since they removed the bingo rooms and only spent £20, i logged back in this evening and apparently they have deemed me to poor to deposit a single penny!!! are they serious. affordability check??? where about ?? i have had no correspondence whatsoever. they've basically froze my account after not playing for over 6 months, hardly last of the big spenders! even with the cost of living crisis i dont think spending £20 in the last year is going to leave me broke. no matter though its no great loss. live chat was just condescending and i told her to go **** herself. not usually my style tbh but being told i am too poor to play on their site is utterly disgusting. scandalous

We were playing at crazy hours with crazy amounts and complained and were told 32 red done there jobs .. fast forward and they have been giving a large fine What about us ? We were left with nothing ? We want a refund ?
