All bad comments are true. Take advice and listen. Don’t waste your time. I kept uploading documents and every time it was going through but nothing was getting said. It annoyed me so much I gave up but these fxxxers emailed me everyday with promotions, free spins whatever so I decided to try again. Again nothing so I contacted live chat (VIVI) her name was she must of even so embarrassed bless her to tell me I failed an affordability check but I’m fully capable and are signed up to many other sites and have been for years. It’s disgusting how they treat customers like this and belittling you to making out you aren’t good enough for there casino. They obviously want rich people only. I only bloody signed up again because you sending me emails everyday but apparently this decision was made a while ago. Just imagine the hassle trying to withdraw from these tw@s

So far so good. I deposited £100 & got a 150% matched bonus on Sunday managed to withdraw £1400. I have 57 pence left & 10 free Spins on Immortal Romance, which took me to about £2 in my account & I managed to work that upto another £400 withdrawal. So I'm patently waiting on receiving my winnings tomorrow. Also the Thunderkick slots don't open in any browser I have tried which is unfortunate. So a 4 star at the moment. We will wait to see how long the withdrawals take before I decide if we need to reevaluate

Avoid this casino at any costs, it is a massive headache when it's about payments, it takes ages for the money to be paid when other casinos are quick, I do no recommend at any costs, very awkward, takes ages to be paid for your winnings,i tried it and it is one of the worst casinos when it's about payments.

This casino has clearly rigged its roulette table's, I had a £400 bet on red which the ball landed in and after the wheel continued spinning about halfway further around the table the ball mysteriously jumped out of its already settled potition against its spinning pull and the croupier even said this is strange. It wasn't strange it was repelled, this confirmed my suspicion with the lagging and showing the exact footage of the ball also landing in the same number as the very last spin, this is not regulated properly or perhaps people are paid off I don't know but I do know that these people are not playing Fare which in effect is theft is it not. Even their winter free spin promotional wheel is rigged, I very saddened by this.

Its a scam. I am playing blackjack there are 30+ people playing, we all have the same cards. Therefore the stack is worked out for the best way eg it knows roughly how many will hit or stand and then deals the cards for it since it only has to deal one hand for the person and one hand for the dealer. AVOID

My account was fully verified for years they've paid my withdrawls every time except now I've been fighting them for a £40 withdrawal they said they needed proof of bank statements sent them they then said that they had to be in pdf with full name and account details done that then they said I'd been paid out which I hadn't so I asked them if they had paid out how come my £40 is still on my 32red account so they said that the team that deal with withdrawals was unavailable so they would email me with in the next hour 3 days later I had an email off them saying that my statements did not show my account details so they've now asked for 90 days of bank statements I went in my bank and my bank said they're asking for to much of my banking details so they said to seek legal advice before sending anymore information of my bank details which they already have so I've got appointment with citizens advice next week and I'll see what happens then I've spent over 1000 pounds on this site and now I've got to fight them for £40 on my fully verified account I'm totally disappointed with the way theve treated me I've done everything they have asked for but for some reason they always want more bank details I won that £40 fair so don't understand why I can't get my little win paid will update on here after citizens advice appointment

It's true, you can't win in this sh.... Site. They tracking you. After I complain about cheating in live chat I've got 8 times in a row winning result with no Los at all. Even whet I bet on the only one number on roulette I won. But after, they took everything. I was playing color and every bet they did opposite my bet. In 500 bets I didn't see nothing like this. I contacted them, but they are telling me bullsh.... Avoid them!!!!!!!

Dont no how some of these reviews are so bad as customer myself iv had alot wins iv had 210 withdrawal 2 100 pound withdrawals and only yesterday i had 360 withdrawal every time my money hit my bank the next day withdrawal over weekend it will take longer but overall i cant complain one bit about 32 red yes we cant win all the time thsts part of gambling if i had one complaint that only be that some times the reels spin way to fast but apart from that i think its good fair site way way better then mrq over 2 years my mates used my mrq account account one day my friend deposited 2 grand ok he was spinning 5 pound spins but he didnt get single bonus then spent 600 the following day again not single bonus so theres way worse corrupt sites out there but for me 32 red is good site cant give single complaint

As a 50 year old man with over 20 years in the industry I feel extremely disappointed with 32red. I had a software issue on a roulette spin that won me £90. The amount wasn't paid so I used live chat. The staff were efficient enough and I was escalated for investigation. 4 days later I've been told I'm not getting paid despite sending screenshot proving my case. I also have no fewer than three withdrawals from five days ago that are still in the company's bank account. Sadly monies owed in the betting industry are considered a debt of honour and have no backing in law.

They have the worst customer services, after winning few bets on cricket they reduced the stake amount for me and yet allowed to put higher stakes on casino. Absolutely Fraud and scammers. Don't bet with them at all.
