Oct 28,2022Honest reiview DO NOT JOIN THIS SITE. Its so buggy, bad customer support, bad promotions (the wager demands to win anything in cash is a joke). There are far better betting site outs there. So my advice is dont join 32 red.

Oct 21,2022Disgusting behaviour and attitude from staff on phone line . Opened new account and was £80 pound up suddenly my account locked and couldn’t get in spoke to them and she had major attitude because I used a joint card in two names not just my own name any excuse to not payout and even threatened me with legal charges even though 32 red terms and conditions are not law and then she put the phone down . Now have confiscated all funds and won’t payout anything ! Scam site never use stay away !!!

And iv played thousands to.. biggest scam of a site. If you play this you will loose. Every review on here thats bad.( infact as u can see there all bad.) The reviews are true. Theives

Oct 15,2022Do not play on this site finally got a win and they only process withdrawals Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm lol I've never known a site to do that. They should only accept deposits during that time too. Site needs closing down Update- withdrawal made on Friday still sat there on my account waiting to be processed... the site is a scam please do not use this site!!

Oct 14,2022Rogue organisation acting like legalised criminals. My wife used their partner site Unibet and had a significant win of £8,000. Tried to withdraw and they cancelled the withdrawal, closed the account and refused to pay citing the fact it was deposited from a joint account as the reason. About a week later they closed down the 32Red account, turns out they are both part of the same group. I have emailed the CEO of the parent company and had no response for weeks. The company is acting out with the law and closing down accounts for a multitude of reasons instead of paying a big win. Modern day criminals hiding behind open ended terms and conditions to steal money.

Oct 03,2022Literally the worst online casino there is. I played on many different slot games over the course of several months. Spent hundreds, I only play £0.10p a spin, so you can imagine the amount of spins I have done over this time period. Now, I could probably count on one hand the amount of times I was able to activate a "free spin" feature or game in many different slot games. I was told by their great customer service team that I was currently on a run of bad luck. lol, this doesn't equate to luck, luck isn't anything to do with it, simply put the laws of probability do not apply here at 32red, these games are heavily, heavily scripted and stacked against you, they take the "house always wins" to a complete new level. I can predict and see an outcome before it happens, as the spins happen quite frequently where it'll be negative. Here is an example, Dragon's Fire will do this fake out where the Dragon will appear to get up and rain fire down on the reels, this happens too often. The times he does go up to do that, whenever it is the "Free Spins" one he does, the 3rd, NEVER comes in. So what is the point in this animation? Constantly teasing free spins, for it to then not activate? Have these games been scripted even more so in the house's favour ever since Covid? Possibly. But this is more than just sheer bad luck, this is a clear sign of heavy script and robbing people of their money, time and fun. And the fact that their help team/chat literally go missing for minutes on end, probably because they don't know how to communicate without a script is also unsettling, I'd like help, I'd like to discuss things, but it is as if I'm talking to a machine, but a machine responds faster than every 5-10 minutes. Nice that they get to take breaks during a live chat to go and drink tea and eat, while their customers are stressing.

Oct 01,2022Been playing with them for years. Payout is rubbish so I don't spend much on it. Yesterday I received £5 bonus which I turned into £1000+. The site allowed me to withdraw £800 but after reading the massive amount of negative reviews, I decided to call their customer service. They said that I will only receive £100 from it and 700 will be forfeit! I'm FUMING. Fair enough they have a limit but to allow you to withdraw all and it all stated that it's cash and available to withdraw is disgusting. I will never play on 32red and don't recommend anyone to do. Please don't waste your money on these scammers. I dont even know if they will pay me the 100 or not at all! I will update if they bother to pay anything at all. I definitely managed to fulfil the wagering requirement. STAY AWAY from 32red. Listen to all of the bad reviews on here!

Sep 26,2022To anyone wanting to open an account just read all the last reviews. I too have fallen to high deposit with no win. Getting kicked out of roulette after every spin is how they get you to change your numbers every spin as once kicked out you cant rebet the same numbers....and surprise when you pick other numbers your last numbers come out. A complete take on of a site to say the least.

Sep 22,2022really bad site when u deposit and take welcome bonus u get bonuses galore on the slots and wagering req is ridiculous so by time u wager u win 0. put 100s in of my own money over space of few days and nothing at all. worst site iv used by a mile. tried to delete and block my acc and it refuses to let u put ur user name and login password in at all so u then cant! this site needs looked into....very strange! Sep 16,2022Unfortunately it won't let me give no stars... this site is a joke the other night the site was declining my deposits...which was strange because I had money in the account.. five times i tried to deposit...thought I'd just play a cheeky £15 because it was my birthday and my little one, had just had chemo so thought i might get some luck... then I go onto my online banking to find they've taken all the times I've tried and they've then they've closed my account because I've told them 3 to 5 working days to give it back isn't good enough.. I went on to explain that they hadn't even credited my account..quite frankly they didnt gove a s..t..so now I'm still waiting for the money and I have no red account (good riddance) don't go on this dirty site they will just bleed you dry.
