A slot was quickly booked and the survey carried out on time. Hayley responded quickly to various queries beforehand and Tony, as promised, followed up the same day with a phone debrief and we received the full written report the next day. The customer care was second to none by Tony and Liz who carried out the surveys and we had a thorough report sent within 24 hours of completion along with a telephone call explaining all findings. Hayley, the office manager, was incredibly helpful and we were kept informed via email, text and phone the whole way through. Our appointments were arranged at our convenience and the team were keen and able to accommodate our time frame. We will definitely use 3 Counties Surveyors for all future house moves.
