Mar 09,2023Liz and Tony arrived on time to do a RICS Probate valuation. They were quick, efficient and sensitive to my recent loss. The survey was carried out with no fuss and very professionally. Within hours they called me to give the draft outcome of their research over the telephone and shortly afterwards they emailed me the written report. All in all a fantastic service.

I feel the survey was extremely thorough and I was contacted that same evening for a verbal report; the very detailed and easy to follow printable copy arrived very soon after. I would definitely recommend these people, should the occasion arise.

I had a call from Tony on the day of the survey (a Wednesday) and the full report before the weekend. They were also super quick to respond to my follow-up queries via email. Feb 16,2023From initial enquiry with Hayley, conversations with Tony, arranging and carrying out survey, pre and post telephone conversations with Tony with all accompanying and very timely paperwork, the service I received for my RICS 3 on a C18th house was brilliant. Professional and practical advice led me to withdraw from the sale but survey done (with discount) for another even older listed property was equally good and I hope to move in soon.

There are lots of companies offering surveys, who will provide a price without any information, then keep bugging you offering discounts (thank goodness for unsubscribe). 3 Counties want to know all about the property (easy when it's on Right Move), before providing a quote and advising what type of survey would be required. It was easy to deal with them, Tony called after the survey to give me an overview, I paid the invoice the same day and received the full report 2 days later. The report was comprehensive and written in language that was easy to understand, with no jargon. I would highly recommend 3 Counties.

We had the Help to Buy survey completed twice now due to fall through of sale and Liz was polite and professional and took time to understand the recent challenges in house prices and complete her due-diligence. A full Level 3 survey was carried out on our purchase by Tony and as promised a non-rushed phone call on the day was held and this was a fantastic way to put understanding to the report when it came though.
