He was there for 2 hours and after that gave me a really good top level summary which enabled me to move on with my purchase whilst he had time to write up the full survey. He was personable and easy to talk to and answered any little questions I had. I'd recommend this company and this service to the fullest! Probably the best experience I've had out of the stress of buying and selling houses...

Nov 07,2022Tony responded quickly to my initial enquiry. After engaging him, he conducted the RICS level 3 survey the following week and phoned to give a verbal report the same day. We received the written report a few days later which was thorough, clear and contained useful recommendations.

Oct 20,2022There are three reasons I am happy to recommend 3 Counties Surveying to anyone: the survey; the follow-up discussion; and the overall ease of the process. Regarding the survey, this was very thorough - more so than I was expecting. For example, 3 Counties Surveying discovered a large extra space behind a hatchway in the property, which neither the estate agent, nor we believe the vendor, had been aware of. As well as providing extensive information about the property itself, they also did an environmental search to check radon levels, flooding risks (from surface water, rivers and the sea), and the kind of earth the property is situated on. Secondly: the follow-up discussion. Immediately after visiting the property 3 Counties Surveying called to give me a breakdown and offer an opportunity to ask questions. Then once I had received the survey, we did a Zoom call and they were very patient with helping me understand the property's complex situation. Finally, the whole process was conducted rapidly, and in a professional but friendly manner, which made communication easy. These three reasons mean I would recommend 3 Counties Surveying to anyone.

Oct 17,2022I am very impressed with the service provided by 3 Counties with friendly and efficient service provided from initial contact to request a quote through to the final report. Responsive and clear communication throughout the process and provided a comprehensive and easy to understand report covering all aspects thoroughly. They also provide a verbal summary of findings immediately after the physical survey which gives quick feedback to the buyer while waiting for the full report to be produced (although this came quickly too).

Oct 07,2022From the perspective of a nervous first time buyer, the process was very easy and very professionally managed. Arranging the survey was super easy. They gave me a call immediately after the survey with headline results. Then the actual detailed report was delivered extremely promptly and well written with great detail and advice. I'm no expert on surveying, never having had one before, but, to my mind I would say they went above and beyond with tolerating my questions to clarify and explain things I didn't understand, and offering professional advice.

It was laid out in a way which was easy to understand and will be an excellent resource to refer back to when doing improvements on the property.
