From initial booking with Hayley, the actual survey through to answering several queries some weeks later we always had a quick, polite and professional response. We appreciated the time taken to call on the day of the survey whereby we were given an initial impression of the house and this was followed up with the detailed report a day or so later. Any questions were answered quickly and politely and we particularly appreciated Tony’s unhurried and patient explanations re how we might go about addressing various issues highlighted in the survey. We were also impressed and very grateful that Tony agreed to return to the property at a later date to re-assess a room when an issue was raised during conveyancing. It had not been possible to inspect this room properly at the time of survey due to boxes being stacked in the room. All in all a highly professional and supportive company. We have no hesitation in recommending 3 Counties Surveying and thank them once again for their excellent service.
