Dec 28,2017I’ve always had great experiences & products from 3D...this time the Christmas gift that I ordered for my grandmother was not delivered as promised even though I ordered it before the deadline & provided 2 additional addresses to ensure Saturday delivery. I was assured that I would receive it by Christmas but I did not. Turns out the item wasn’t shipped at all until the day after Christmas & I received it 2 days later after several phone calls. The company did offer a discount on my next purchase, which was some consolation since I already planned to place a order in a couple of months.

Dec 27,20173D Innovation did an excellent job and fast too. The process was very easy, just download your picture and they do the rest. I ordered 3 key chains for the males in my family of their cars. They loved them and were amazed by all the details right down to the lettered tires. I would definitely order more items in the future.
