Dec 22,2017If you've seen the product in person, you already know how great they look. So, there's no need for me to add any flourish to what you already know. The people who work there are quite helpful and responsive. The turn around time (I bought a 3d cube) is very quick. I sent them a picture that included 9 people and wanted the image converted to 3d and I figured it would take some time for the conversion and the crystal "photo etching". Not the case at all, in less then 3 days i had a notice that the item had shipped. Delivery was within 8 days of my purchase. I planned to buy 3 but only purchased one for the moment. The one is xmas gift to the M in law and expect that my B/S in law will want one as well. So I asked 3D innovation to hold the hold the 3d converted photo file so that when I reorder I won't have to pay for the 3d conversion again. They said it was no problem and that they would hold on to the file until I reordered. All of this was done via email which was quickly replied to and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Overall great experience and recommend 3D innovation.

Dec 21,2017Saw at the mall, looked pretty cool. Ended up Ordering the square keychain as a Christmas gift for a good friend. Wasn’t too fond of it once I seen it. Maybe it was just the picture I choose. But all in all, very creative.

Dec 20,2017I was looking for a gift for my girlfriend's mom. I found the company through a mall kiosk and thought it was a cool idea. Continued online as the kiosk attendant was MIA and wanted me to "call for service" (communicated via note left on the computer/register). The ordering process was quick and easy. I was really surprised when I got an email the next day saying that it was already shipping. Received the item a week later and was really happy with the results. Only suggestion: provide more guidance ref image background and/or option to include image background via radio button. I didn't know what the criteria was for inclusion of background, if background was going to be included in my final piece, or if it was a "contact us for consultation" thing. I would have paid more and uploaded a picture with a suitable background if that was more clear. Other than that, again, really pleased with the final product I did receive and I'm excited to present it as a gift.

Dec 19,2017I bought the heart shape key chain as a memory for my boyfriend since his mom passed away. I was very concerned that the detailing and 3D image would not be of great quality on a small space. To my amazement I had nothing to worry about. It is perfect! Even better than anticipated. The turn around time is as exactly as mentioned on the website and I’m so in love with the image. I will buy more in the future.
