Dec 26,2017When we received our order we ordered the “small cube” but the picture was so small you could barely tell what the picture was . I feel like the picture should have been enlarged to fit the size of the cube .

Dec 26,2017I ordered a heart it looked really good but it had two scratches on the inside right above the image I emailed the same day to let them know I got an email from like automatic response support team but have heard nothing since.

Dec 25,2017If you want a unique gift this is it. I got the heart ornament and it came out beautiful and is one of a kind. You can hang it anywhere. I chose the 2 day shipping because I wanted it before Christmas and came within 5 days after ordering.

Dec 25,2017I was leary about the quick talking saleswoman...but really loved this idea and wanted it as a gift for my sister in law. And Park Meadows is a high-end, well known mall so I trusted them. I first visited 12/11 and asked how long they took. "1 week, only 1 week". On 12/14 I returned with my photo and paid....somehow the price jumped from $129 to $202 "for resizing the photo" to fit the medium crystal. So I was upsold to $211 to the large crystal, fine. Verified again, 1 week, right? I paid and was told to come back the following Weds 12/20. Weds 12/20 I drove an hour back out to this mall and was told she misspoke, orders before 12pm on the 14th were ready but orders after 12pm would be in Friday 12/22 delivery. At the same time another man arrived to pickup and was given the same stories. We asked if they were certain about Friday and they laughed at us both and told us "yes, come back Friday" We both left unhappy with the sketchy stories we were hearing from 2 different employees. Friday 12/22 my husband drove an hour back to the Park Meadows mall, only to stand in a line of frustrated people who were in the same position ....no orders. Now, we're being told our order will be ready on 12/24. On Christmas Eve...I am supposed to drive ANOTHER 2 hours to pickup something I wouldn't have ordered, if I had to drive 2 hours on Christmas Eve to pickup. I have been offered absolutely nothing for my trouble. I am disappointed because I trusted 3d innovations employees with my Christmas gift. I trusted Park Meadows Mall to keep scam artists out. And I am now here with no gift for my sister in law and $211 gone from my account. Shame on 3d innovations at Park Meadows. UPDATE: They also charged my husband an additional $60 for the lighted base after I ASKED (before I purchased) if it came with a light (it doesn't look right without a light). This particularlar kiosk us disgusting.

Dec 24,2017I saw 3D innovation in our local mall and talked to the salesperson there to get information. I didn't have the picture I wanted to use with me. When I returned home and found the photo, I used the website to place the order. The site was easy to use and I quickly was able to select what I wanted. Since I was purchasing this as a present, I used the chat function to find out if shipping would make to me in time. The person I chatted with was knowledgeable and helpful. Overall a very good experience.
