Dec 17,20173D Innovations followed my directions to perfection. I loved the outcome of the final product. The picture had numerous items in the picture that I did not want included in the laser engraving and they only engraved the items I wanted into the crystal. I was very happy with the finished product. I received my order within 4 days of ordering it and it was over a weekend. Great job.

Dec 15,2017The crystal came right away. I very much enjoyed working with 3D Innovation. I discovered I needed to get a base that projected a light up into the crystal to show off the image better. Maybe info about that was on the website, but I didn't discover that until after it came. Fortunately I found a place to get such a base.
