Dec 09,2017The prestige large crystal 3D photo etching is nearly invisible in daylight. No where near the contrast of the advertised crystals. They sent a LED base which made the side view very grainy and look as is it had been sand blasted. They took no steps to correct the problem, whatever it was. So now I'm stuck with a $300+ paper weight. Reply to their reply: 1. "We took many steps to correct the issue ... your crystal ... came out beautiful the second time." Their email: "Your crystal is ready and looks very good in my opinion but i do want to point out that the the areas that have sharp transition from shadow to highlights definitely stand out in the crystal. The 2 main areas that this effect occurs is: 1. Mid thighs down 2. Chest to shoulder area especially on left side when looking at image. ... [I] would suggest either you submit a different image or i can try to have my designer photoshop the image to eliminate these sharp transitions. In addition the head is slightly cut (cropped) on the top. " Adam Gansky DOES THAT SOUND LIKE " ...came out beautiful the second time..." 2. "We had tried contacting you numerous times via emails and phone and unfortunately, you did not want to give us the opportunity to ship you out the new crystal we have made for you and refunded your order." After 44 emails resulting in "[I] would suggest either you submit a different image or i can try to have my designer photoshop the image to eliminate these sharp transitions. In addition the head is slightly cut (cropped) on the top. " I REQUESTED A REFUND that was never sent. 3. "Your statement of being "STUCK" with paper weight is untrue and we would appreciate if you can update it to reflect what we had done for you." UNTRUE... In today day and age, not to mention your actual finished products which speak for themselves, don't you realize emails are a complete and accurate record of who and who is not being truthful? THE TRUTH IS unless the photo sent in is of very sharp and high contrast transitions, your process and your guarantees are WORTHLESS. Being a PRO photographer for 7 years for L.A.'s 4th. largest studio, AND THE TRUTH, is what I base my critique and comments on. 4. "We do take customer satisfaction very seriously and did our best and would appreciate your feedback if you think otherwise." All you had to do was issue a refund. END OF STORY. All you did was make excuses, blame the photo, and suggest cutting of the top of the head in a PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER'S portrait, with perfect composition (which is why I wanted in in crystal) and more than adequate border spacing. Kindly, 3D innovation Team Not so kindly, but gee thanks for giving me the opportunity to think otherwise with feedback!

Dec 08,2017We saw this in a local mall and couldn't believe how real it looked. so I decided to get a 3D of my wife and I to give to her for Christmas. The order process was easy and uploading a photo was simple. The 3D was sent to my house within a few days! It looks so cool! Thank you for creating such a unique and interesting product.

The order was processed in one day and by the second day, the crystal I ordered was on the way. The person who received the crystal said that it was absolutely perfect. Dec 05,2017They used the photo I submitted for my gift. After it was made, they contacted me saying it did not come out good as they liked and asked for a different photo. I was happy that they did that and it shows they care about the customer and product. I would recommend them.

Dec 05,2017I had a terrific experience with ordering two heart 3D crystals from 3D Innovation. I called the company close to 6PM and got the last employee in the shop that night and I'm glad I did. He couldn't have been any nicer and did everything he could to make my purchase a very pleasant experience. We chatted and he showed me exactly what the crystals would look like after I downloaded the pictures and he told me that I would receive them in 2 to 3 days and I did. The crystals are Christmas presents for my daughter who has two teenage children and for my daughter's niece who has a one year old and I can't wait to see their reaction on Christmas Eve when I give them these beautiful Crystals. I would also like to give a special thanks to Adam G of 3D innovation for making my purchase such a pleasant and wonderful experience.

Dec 04,2017The images In the crystals on the website do not compare to the real product. I received my ornament and large cube. You can barely tell what the image is on the ornament, it’s blurry. The large cube image is so faint. Don’t waste your money

Dec 04,2017Loved it and got my order in 3 days! I think I took a star off as i would have liked the photo to be a little more center to fill the circle ornament as opposed to it looking like a square photo but small gripe. Will definitley use them again.
