Oct 06,2017I'm giving you 4 instead of 5 because, one little detail was misplaced, which is the year on the picture I sent you, it supposed to be part of the same phrase, and you put the '2015' on the top right corner of the heart... other than that, service, attention, quality of product, very good!

Sep 08,2017I am simple amazed. The picture I uploaded was not centered or anything. They did all the work of cropping, rotating, and removing the background. It is a picture of my wife and grandson and she is going to be so thrilled that it will cancel out at least 5 stupid things I've done over the past year! I think that says it all!!!

Sep 07,2017Great product works great and is light years better that the last stand I had for my engraved photo. This makes me appreciate the image so much more. The Cave base is amazingly stunning.. i found it to be on the pricey side but after using it feels worth it

Oct 10,2017The first order of the chain, the hook came off the actual necklace before i even put it on. The picture was very light you could barely see it. The necklace is very short. Very dissapointed,
