Aug 01,2017This is my second time ordering. I love the items I ordered. This company is easy to work with. They had to redo the pictures I sent to them. They made sure I was satisfied. You cannot go wrong with them. I ordered the XXL lighted cube for my Ex mother in law of her 3 sons. Two are deceased. She is going to love her gift. I also ordered the wine stopper as a wedding gift. Love them.

Jul 26,2017I have to say that I was a bit apprehensive about spending so much on a 3D crystal but was very pleasantly surprised. The process was extremely easy, I just downloaded a photo and filled in the simple on-line order form. The piece was shipped to me in two days and arrived the following day, It was well packed and came with a nice presentation box. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the 3D image, considering that I began with a rather dark photo. The final product was beautiful. They did a wonderful job of bringing out the four figures in the photo, setting them slightly at different depths so that it truly appeared that it was four people standing together, but not flat against a surface. In other words, highly realistic. I rarely complete on-line surveys but I felt this company deserved it. I would order from them again without hesitation. Really, really happy with the final product.

Jul 19,2017The crystal I received was very pretty and what I expected. I was under the impression it came with a wooden base to set the crystal on and was very disappointed that it didn't. The pictures I looked at showed these crystals displayed on a wooden base. Now I need to go out and purchase something that will work so my keepsake is displayed at its best advantage. My advise, be clear with your customers what they will receive. Seriously, for what is charged I am sure it would be affordable for the company to include the base.

Jul 14,2017Ordered a medium cube crystal and a cave base. I had requested they reduce the margin around the image as much as possible, but there was still a fairly significant margin. If there are technical limitations, they could stand to make that clear somehow. It's also a good thing I had ordered a base, because the image is so faint that you can barely see it without a light shining into it. It's also no good keeping the crystal in the base without the light, since the image is reflected around the cave base walls. I then discovered that the base/connector was faulty, and the light wouldn't stay on unless the connector was held in a certain position. I emailed them about the cave base, giving my order number, and mentioning that it was for an upcoming birthday and time was of the essence. First I got an automated response that a ticket was created. Then I got a response from a person that same evening saying that they will contact me the next day during business hours, and asking for my phone number. They should have already had it from my order, but I gave it again anyway. The next day I was not contacted. I was able to call them a little before business hours were over, and apparently the person that had contacted me was not available that day (so why was I told I would be contacted, and why couldn't anyone else have done it?) but the person on the phone was able to send a replacement cave base for me along with a prepaid return label for the original one. Shortly after the call, I got an email notifying me of the order, but I also got an automated email saying I had been subscribed to their newsletter. There was no unsubscribe option in this email. I did not want to be subscribed, so I called back and managed to get ahold of the person I had just spoken to, who insisted they didn't subscribe me to anything and that I was not listed as subscribed in their system, even though I'm pretty sure they simply left the checkbox to subscribe checked when they had placed that order for me. Later that evening I was contacted by the person who had originally emailed me, saying they had unsubscribed me per my request (so I was subscribed!) and that my replacement base would be shipped the following day. No explanation of why I wasn't contacted during business hours, or why I was getting contacted so late in the day (I'm in the same time zone, Eastern time, so that's doesn't explain it). Got my replacement base two days later. The connection worked well on this one, but the connector fit quite loosely into the adapter. It didn't feel very secure. The original cave base connector adapter fit more snugly, so I kept that one and sent back the new adapter along with the original cave base and connector. Everything worked out in the end, but for the price I expected to not have to deal with poor quality products like this, nor the disorganized customer service. And the crystal image itself was somewhat disappointing for the reasons I stated.

Jul 10,2017The quality lf the peice was amazing. Was packages very very well and had ample protection and game in a nice box to present as a gift. I would recommend these as a nice gift to anyone . Incude a nice engaved message from the heart and you have a timeless gift.

Aug 04,2017I was very, very disappointed with the 3D lazer cube I purchased for my daughter and her husband... The image was so faint I could barely see it. It looked nothing like the one's displayed at the mall. They told me the reason was because those photo's were done by professionals. It cost me $188.00 for a piece of glass... I spoke to them and they said if I return it to them they would give me a refund minus 22%. So I am out $42.00. Thrown out the window.... I am not a happy camper...
