I had a great experience with 3D Innovation and their customer relations team. I had an issue due to a fault of my own, not theirs, and they listened to my issues and made a 100% perfect transaction even better. They not only wrote me, but I received several phone calls from their customer relations representative. She was beyond pleasant and wanted to make sure that I was completely happy with my purchase. I don't want to get into the specifics of the issue I had, but let's say that provided me the best care possible to make sure all was right. I am a self employed business owner and 3D Innovation did exactly what I would do to ensure a client was happy. They have my business for life, that's for sure

My experience with 3D Innovation was absolutely awesome. The customer service rep (Sherry), guided me through the ordering process seamlessly. Sherry provided several examples and layouts for me to choose from. The end result was an outstanding display of company's commitment to deliver a quality finished product. Thank you Sherry and I will definitely recommend you guys to all my friends.

I order this for a Father's Day gift for my 2 year old to give to his dad, it really is true you place a order on one business day it takes two days to make and will deliver to you the following day it was on time I loved it! Now is father rides around in his car with his cube portrait. I also needed and adjustment and they were able to help me as well with the led light .... I give them 5 stars hands down!

I have purchased twice from the company, and both were gifts. The first purchase was for my dad's 60th birthday and last was purchased for Father's day for my husband and I must say both experiences was a pleasure! I purchased dad's at a mall kiosk in Concord Mills Mall where I received outstanding customer service. My husband's was purchased online and same great customer service, got exactly what I requested, quick response to all of my emails and very fast shipping. You all ROCK!!! I was so pleased with how the Titan Cube came out. The item shipped quickly and packaging was great. I contacted customer service several times and got quick responses each time. Great experience!

A few glitches regarding navigating website, but ultimately any minor issues disappear in light of the quality of service and product. The most recent was the fifth of crystals that I have sent as Wedding Gifts. I have been effusively thanked again and again over the years for these beautiful and unique gifts.
