Oct 03,2020I was an experienced learner before the 5 Day course, but it gave me the confidence to finally pass. My instructor Jackie was amazingly patient and supportive. The class was great preparation for the theory. Very Happy!

Sep 25,2020I have done my 5 day course at 5day Manchester with the instructor Andy Brady outstanding teaching even taught me outside the syllabus that 5 day provide which is amazing I've learnt alot over the course of 20 hours and I'm more confident now than I was at the start of the week

I can't recommend him enough as an instructor. 5day have been brilliant through lockdown catering to me as a critical worker. Thank you so much Paul and 5day! :)

Sep 18,2020I had Greg and Pwi-ha as my instructors and I couldn’t have asked for better. I came to the course as a very anxious driver and now I’ve left feeling confident and excited for my test. I’m very happy that I chose to do this course and I recommend it to everyone.

Sep 18,2020Working with Andy Brady in Manchester this week. Has given me plenty of confidence as a beginner driver. Even when hesitant over certain aspects, he encouraged me to move out of the comfort. Definitely recommend for all levels. Good, but tiring week.

Sep 18,2020I strongly recommend 5day to anyone that’s wanting to learn to drive, even if you have no experience behind the wheel, as they will help and direct you especially within the first 3 days. They will be direct and guide you to improve at your own pace until you eventually get it. As well as this, the instructors are super relaxed as to not worry you, and cause anymore stress. Definitely recommend.

Sep 16,20205 day Norwich... I will recommend to anyone. I’ve seen a lot of negative 1-3 star reviews but obviously people are not reading the course details properly. I knew what I was paying for and that I wouldn’t be driving legal after 5 days. The course is designed to help people get their license quicker. My instructor was faultless. I had the best support he could offer and I passed my practical today... first time... thanks to the support I received. I cannot thank my instructor and 5 day enough.

Sep 15,20205 day, please be warned you will NOT be driving after 5 days which is the reason most people book it and I personally feel from the start it is incorrectly advertised! This does not include a test, you basically pay in bulk for car driving lessons and some theory. You need to be prepared that you will need to study yourself for your theory, do not depend on the training given! Take it this way you will spend a lot less if you don't go with 5 day as you pay over £1000 but the only reason people are willing to pay that much is because there under the impression that you will be driving and legal on the roads after 5 days which is not the case. You go to the test centre, do two hours theory if you can understand the teacher, you then spend the rest of your hours driving so personally you wouldn't spend half as much if you booked through someone independent and did the hours and lessons with them. You soon find out that you have to pay extra for the theory test, then that the actual driving test isn't included in that £1000 either so please note before you book, actually understand what you are booking! After the 5 days with the instructor, due to covid haven't been able to get a test (through no fault of 5 day of course) however when asking rightly about extra lessons for obvious reasons they tried to say about paying extra and its only lucky my dad has sorted a car for me to practice in with him as otherwise there is no way I'd be anywhere near test ready, the experience itself was stressful, no rapport or relationship built with my instructor so was not an enjoyable experience, the training on theory, well if I hadn't gone home and learnt it myself I certainly wouldn't of passed. So yes moral of the story make sure you know what your actually booking and if you don't have money to waste consider getting independent lessons as you learn everything else yourself anyway.

Sep 08,2020I booked the 5 day course in the middle of lockdown not knowing if it would go ahead. Luckily my course went ahead on the Monday. I was assigned Paul as my driving instructor. Now I must say, yes he may got me to a level of standard but I thought he was very unprofessional. When our driving there was times he would shout at me for making a mistake. I felt like he had very little patience and at one point I had to stop the car and get out as it was all too much. After I told him how he was making me feel it did calm down a bit. In regards to the theory training I do believe this is a waste of time! Everything we learned was on the same app I had already paid for and practiced. At the time the test centres was not open, I felt 5 day didn’t keep us up to date with this. They then said we would receive free lessons due to the wait. I managed to book a key worker driving test. Called 5 day to inform them and the free lesson was only 1 HOUR? Also Paul was not available for my test and I would be using a new car and instructor. So paid for extra hours out of my own money. The new instructor I received was Conner and I have to say he is simply amazing. I had some bad habits and he quickly helped me get out of them. He was very patient with me and helped me improve on my manoeuvres. He is also a really nice guy, a credit to your company! I passed my driving test first time, and to me it was because of Conner. Even in the short amount of hours we had he really helped me! Thank you so much Conner! He is the reason for the 4 star review! Last thing I would like to add, I don’t think this course is suitable for beginners. I was lucky I had previous driving experience but if I was starting I don’t think I would be past ready. And in the long run that can cost a lot of money with extra lessons etc especially when you pay over £1000 for the course!

Sep 06,2020Hey, I've just completed my 5 day course with the Norwich branch. I went in with some driving experience from many years before. I didn't know what to expect when I entered the door on Monday but we was all greeted by Greg and he made us all feel welcome and answered any questions we had. Greg gave us lots of theory training and gave us ways to rember certain points. He's a amazing teacher 4 out of 5 of us passed our theory test can't thank him enough for all the help and support. My driving instructor for the week was Donnie pegg and I'm so very happy I got him he made me feel at ease all week helped in the areas I needed. any doubts I had vanished on the first day I felt so much more confident in a car then I did years before and that's thanks to Donnie a great instructor and looking forward to a few more lessons with him before my test. It may have cost alot of money but it was such a rewarding experience and would take months to get where we all did in 5 days. Great friendly team all the instructors I met that week was lovely.

Sep 04,2020I just passed my theory in Bury st Edmunds first time thanks to Mark Noble, great teacher really helpful and went over things as many times as was needed for me to understand it. Having a great time and learning so much from my instructor Tony Chlystomou all the other instructors are so nice too, really easy to get along with highly recommend!!!!

I previously have made a complaint on here and having to do another one, I completely have not been acknowledged properly, the complaint has been made to seem as if I am complaining out of thin air. I personally don't like making a huge fuss and complaining but with this I have now had to escalate a complaint to the point of taking it to a legal level. I have been accused of being a liar, they don't acknowledge complaints via email but will reply instantly to this to act as if they sort their complaints. Awful experience and definitely the worst customer service I have personally ever dealt with! They have also made it seem I am complaining about a website crashing - the whole point of doing an intense course is to do a test after, I understand that the tests being stopped by the government is completely out of control of 5Day, but why not inform people of this, their solution is to get another driving instructor and spending more money - it's disappointing and upsetting. Also the responses back to some of these comments are awful and sarcastic, all they care about is taking your money.
