Jul 17,2020I had a really good experience with the course and feel almost ready to go for my driving test. I have successfully passed my theory test. Prior to Monday, 1st day of the course, I didn't know any theory, nor had I ever driven a car before. To be able to do your driving test at the end of the week I recomend that you have at least driven a car before a couple of times, no lessons needed. Good experience with Greg for theory and Bob for driving (Norwich). Thank you

Jul 17,2020I completed my week course at 5DAY and I loved every minute. I went in extremely anxious, however after meeting my instructor Alexandra Cunha, I was very reassured. Alex was amazing at explaining everything and telling me where I went wrong so I could correct it. She was calm and supportive at all times, even when I was doubting myself - she would reassure me. Thanks to Alex and Greg, I passed my theory test first time and was ready to take my driving test at the end of the week.

Jul 17,2020Great course. Especially theory training/trainer. Passed theory because of it. Course is literally was it says "intense" but the results show. I honestly think it's the best way to go as a beginner.

Jul 17,2020Awesome experience. Nervous in the first few days however as the week went by I got more and more confident. We had an absolutely legend of an instructor and he made the whole 5 day experience as Comfortably as possible. Also helped he was my driving instructor 😂😂😂. Even better

Jul 10,2020Really good course! the theory is especially helpful and the instructors are really nice and knowledgeable about the area and roads. I’d recommend having done a bit of driving before with parents or anyone.

Jul 10,2020Excellent course, our theory teacher Mark Noble at Bury made all very easy to understand and was good fun too. The driving was intensive and made a lot of progress throughout the week, I would certainly recommend it to anyone else. All the instructors were friendly and easy to get along with.

Jul 02,2020WORST instructors ever, at Sutton Coldfield office, they made me feel horrible. One made me so emotional, still feeling the effects now. They were RUDE made me feel completely unease, stressed and uncomfortable. One instructor kept elbowing me when I did something wrong, put me on edge in case I made another mistake. He shouted at me and screamed at me in case I damaged his car. They kept saying it is there car, not 5days car so watch it, even when I did not do any major faults. Just horrible, been with two and they care more about the car then making sure I am ok with learning. They were like overgrown children who are precious when u just hold a toy of theirs, worried u may drop it and freak out if u do anything that may harm it. They do not seem to understand that learners may need room to know they may make a few errors and not freak out or be rude and obnoxious about every infarction. Also it is difficult to know about there car capabilities if do not explain it at the beginning of getting into there car and only realise when a error occurs. They were so anal on making sure I made zero faults so I would not scratch there car. Also because of lockdown, I am a key worker, the person who arranges cars for test, screaming at me for booking a test even though I called to confirm if I could book and what there procedure was for booking. I was given permission to book by a another team. Was told I could book and it be sorted by the admin in testing, but the person who was organising it was so rude and shouting at me for booking it before telling her, saying DVSA are being difficult and I made it difficult for her, I gave 5-6 weeks notice to find a car. It was like she blamed me for DVSA acting the way they did. She was so rude and aggressive, I have never experienced it in my life, it was not my fault I was given poor information by the sales guy from 5days. Her exact words were ‘why did you book without telling us’ in a very rude, arsy and aggressive way. I calmly explained what happened, then the lady started freaking out. I had to raise my voice just to be heard but she kept talking over me. I found a much better freelance instructor who I will go with now. I have wasted £1000 pounds on this horrible course. Do not even want to give this organisation a star. Only good person was Kim from customer services who was considerate and compassionate. Copy of my formal complaint to 5 days Reply to there comment from my post Dear Sir/Madam, I have written a review on trust pilot. I want to make a officially compliant. So you agree that your standards include physically elbowing a individual while driving and operating a vehicle not being familiar with to ensure the safety of those in the car, on the road and pavement. Is that how 5days conduct itself? Or by grabbing the wheel, making a person so on edge so to avoid a mistake that they make more mistakes. I know thru have to highlight mistakes to avoid damage to the car, I am not oblivious, but their is a way to communicate it with physical contact without permission, being rude and Obnoxious about it, don’t you agree ? Or is that 5days standard. Also by ensuring that there car remains road safety and to be able to be used for DVSA standards is to be screamed, belittled at and to be snarky to the learner so to avoid mistakes occurring on there car, Is that 5days standard for teaching those to drive? Do you not know what a learning curve is? I have complained and left feedback regarding the matter, only now after I posted on trust pilot do I get a reaction. Your organisation needs to educate your instructors on how to approach different types of learning styles. Regarding going with my private instructor it was my idea to ask my current instructor not you, so how dare u claim that? As that lady from the testing admin team was having a maniac episode, I suggested it because she said it was difficult to find a new instructor due to my issues with the one I had during my course. That lady from the testing admin team was so rude, it was unbelievable and she kept talking over me. Is it acceptable customer services to be talked over and having to raise my voice to be heard, is that 5days standard ? I have done everything you asked for and to be treated this way is unacceptable. How is a person meant to be safe and secure when the instructor is being anal if you accidentally went a bit fast over a speed bump as you just literally been in a car 5 minutes trying to get use it and the pedals of the car. Or how if u accidentally mixed up the pedals and the instructor is going crazy because it may have damaged the car. I HAVE NOT DAMAGED ANY OF THE CARS TO THE EXTENT IT WAS THEN UNSAFE TO BE DRIVEN IN. How is a person meant to learn in that environment when they are harshly remarked? Would that not make anyone feel a bit uneasy or is it 5days standard to conduct in this matter.

May 31,2020Id say this course is most definitely worth the money! I couldn’t of been any happier with the way my driving course went! I didn’t believe I could do it but thanks to the outstanding support from Glen. B, by the end of it I felt so comfortable driving and ready to give go for my test! I feel like I’ve learnt so much and more from this course& it’s made me ready to be on the road! Wouldn’t of been able to do it without such a great instructor! Having great confidence in me really went a long way! I would highly recommend 5Day driving course to anyone that’s looking to past their test first time! 10/10 5day Chelmsford! Course A

Apr 22,2020HI dont trust 5day driving school seriously I went to 5day west london driving school, i wouldn't advice anyone and i repeat to anyone don't bother spending £1024 on this course especially if you are a hijab sister. i don't believe the 5 day driving school will help you. why pay someone for them to register the theory test for you when you can do it yourself ? why pay someone practically £50 per hour when it will be a terrible lesson. this is in the there contract :Course times all branches except Bristol: Course A - Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm* Course B – Monday to Thursday 11.00am to 7.00pm and Friday 2.30pm* - 7.00pm oh you think its 9 to 5 in the car, nope its an hour or more (depending on whether they have drivers) in the class him(a very less than smart so called teacher) explaining on a iPhone adapter wire maybe working on a small 40inch tv hanging like its going to fall. then its you in a car with a rubbish teacher on his phone making appointments with other customers because they are instructors for driving schools like bsm. oh and if the driving instructor is busy he or she can cut the lesson short. they make you learn on a out of date theory test software that is RUBBISHHHHHH. your phone app is better seriously better because its from the dvla. oh and its on old dusty computers that could have all sorts of germs on it. They don't clean that room for a fact!!!!! I REPEAT GO TO OTHER SCHOOLS, they advertise a nice environment of learning online when infact its a dusty small office opposite eastecoste station. mark and his other clearly less than smart so called teacher cannot teach. if you have autism DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE THEIR TO TAKE YOUR MONEY PROVIDE LITTLE CARE AND ATTENTION. CONSTANTLY SAYING WE DONT PROVIDE REFUNDS AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR LESSONS EVEN IF YOU HAVE A HEALTH CONDITION AND ARE A CARER. Even when there is covid 19 happening and you can be severely effected. they will not care. IF YOU ARE A CARER DOOOOO NOTTTT GO NEAR THIS ORGANISATION. £1024 IS not worth losing sooo don't bother. you don't get a structured a plan or a proper booklet or lessons. its not a school its a fools and horses school manage by a man continuously interrupted by the phone and opening the door for people. it is not teaching it is a scam in my opinion. basically imagine the worst and i mean the worst driving instructor and you paid £1024 for and you aint getting your money back. thats 5day driving school. I will not stop warning people!!!! do not waste your money its not worth it don't waste your cash. go to a local driving school which is value for money, and if your older and are like "I need structure" they will not provide it. seriously. all the best to everyone searching i hope you all get your licences. without this rubbish school.

Mar 20,2020The training manager Greg was superb throughout, attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and provided assistance when needed, the whole course was worthwhile and at no point did I feel uncomfortable asking questions. Greg and the rest of the instructors are all great! My driving instructor was Alexandra Cunha who was absolutely marvellous! Alex was very helpful from start to finish! I received lots of constructive criticism which improved my driving by an enormous amount because I was never rushed, proceeded to take things step by step and have FUN with it! I was very nervous initially but Alex put my mind at ease by her professional and friendly manner. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Alan the theory instructor was friendly and concise and clear in his teaching and was a great support in getting me test ready. I would defenitely recommend.
