Feb 04,2019I purchased a sewing machine for my grand Daughter from Woodseats Sewing Machines ltd for Christmas. They were recommended from a reputable fabric shop close to home. To begin with I spoke with them via their Facebook page, they replied promptly and was very helpful/informative. Due to this I decided to visit their shop for demonstration. Woodseats was easy to find and parking was no issue. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and all my questions were answered in a manor I understood. I left feeling confident in my purchase. I would defiantly recommend.

Jan 12,2019My Singer sewing machine eventually died - after 40 plus years! I contacted Woodseats Sewing Machine company, who had repaired my machine around 10 years before, hoping to buy an inexpensive, simple sewing machine to replace my old one. I was given a very good demonstration by the guy in the shop and was offered the Brother machine at a very good price. I had a slight problem when I started using it and rang the shop, who explained what to do and it worked. I guess I should have watched the demo DVD but did not have the time. I am delighted with the service and the item purchased.

Nov 07,2018Fabulous. Delighted with my new Brother Innovis 15 sewing machine. They asked me what sort of sewing I did, curtains and upholstery fabric, and then suggested which machine would be suitable. It’s perfect. They let me have a go on a demonstration model so I came away knowing how to use it. It’s a traditional family business and they have a working knowledge of all their machines. If there’s any problems you just take the machine in and they help to sort it out. Brilliant.
