We walked into the shop with such a warm welcome and the staff took the time to give us a clear demonstration of the machines we were interested in. Explaining pros and cons and why certain machines would be appropriate for my needs. The demonstration meant that when I got home with my machine I had already been shown the basics so could get straight into my first project! I was able to buy with confidence knowing that I could go back to the shop at anytime for advice, maintenance and general after sales care. You’ve got yourselves a customer for life!

At 88 years of age it was difficult to start a new adventure with all the memory drives, sizing colours etc. A61 were brilliant in explaining everything before I made the purchase and in supporting me afterwards with purchases of replacement stock and providing free guidance on those little memory lapses. Would certainly recommend them and will be visiting in the future when we get back to normality. A E Pilkington

Aug 26,2020I'm delighted with my new overlocker, and I'm enjoying trying out all the things it will do. I was a bit worried about threading it, but the DVD that came with it was very helpful. The sales staff said if necessary I could pop into the shop for help and advice. I would definitely buy from the shop again.
