Nov 17,2024I appreciated the speed, communication, and proofs sent for this service. Everything was perfect, especially that they hand delivered to the proper humans. My server assigned to my case is not remotely good at estimating human weights, but otherwise did an amazing job.

Nov 17,2024Superior Court Case proof of service effected by process server was done on ABC Legal letterhead, not Court-specific Document that the court wants on their letterhead. Called in to speak with ABC Legal rep on the phone who said they would take care of it within a few days and I would get correct court-specific proof of service copy. It has been two weeks since request for a copy of the proper paperwork. I still have not received it. In fairness, they are FAST, and on it, but they lack specificity.

Nov 17,2024The website was easy to use. I was notified of updates. The service was quick, and the proof of service was acceptable to the court. I would recommend this service, and the County Sheriff charges $55 per service, so the price of $75 is reasonable.

Nov 10,2024I had my reservations at first but I see why they are so highly rated. Defendant was served within a few days of purchase. By comparison the RI Sheriff's Department took almost a month to serve albeit they do have a backlog. All in all, best $75 I ever spent on a process server.
