Nov 01,2024Horrible company with non existent customer service, I instructed them on the best times to serve and of course did not do anything I asked and would send admin messages after when no one could help then 2 months later provides me an email of non service...suggested an extra address whoch of course means another charge ...horrible company

Oct 30,2024Absolute disaster of a company, at least with regard to New York service of process. I have a simple process service matter still pending for 8+ months. They failed to follow instructions multiple times. Finally fixed it, but wrote the wrong address in the affidavit of service. I requested they amend the affidavit. Still waiting for the amendment 2.5 months later, despite having called 2-3 times and being told "we will fix that today/tomorrow."

Oct 30,2024ABC Legal are not on your side. I submitted an order ($95) for them to serve papers and I didn’t quite have the correct address. They give you 5 attempts to serve the papers. So with 1 of 5 attempts completed, they informed me that they need a new address. Upon providing the correct address to the SAME neighborhood within a small fraction of a mile, they charged me $95 again. I didn’t change anything with my case, the paperwork or who the papers were going to. I contacted customer service and was informed that they didn’t care that they only made 1 of 5 attempts. Any time you update the address, even if it is to the same neighborhood, they will treat it as a new order. Their business is structured to extract as much money as possible. They do not care about serving our needs and growing into the future. There are so many other places that will do a simple address update to provide you with the remaining service that you paid for if you have a circumstance like me which I am sure many people do. I recommend to avoid them and use someone else that actually wants to work with you to provide value. P.S. Read their copy and paste response below. They give reviewers an auto response that they think sounds favorable. It is easy to lie. Words are cheap; action says everything. Their policies clearly do not care about taking care of their clients or they would have offered me a refund or at least a partial -- NOTHING.
