Process server was observed advising the person he was serving on the steps she needs to take to address or respond to the legal documents he was serving. He also advised her of resources available to assist her. This is not appropriate. Process server was hired by me and should have served the documents and left without offering any advice to an opposing party.

Only complaint is that they did not file the proofs with the court (which the court told me these companies normally do online)

It was easy and efficient to use your site! and cost effective. the only reason I gave 4 stars is because I was clear on the time when the person would likely not be home and the first two visits were during those times. The third time was also during that window, but he happened to be working from home that day.
