Aug 14,2024When I submitted my request I submitted two different documents for two different case numbers and two different citations to be served upon the same person. I paid two service fees. I explained that in the comments. No one reached out and told me that I needed to submit a 2nd request. Instead they served only one document twice at the same time to the individual. I had to pay a 3rd service fee to get it cleared up. The returns are still not correct but I will reach back out if the court does not accept our explanation of what happened.

Aug 08,2024the worst service. non-responsive. made it very clear, service had to be completed by a certain date. No response. Chat is useless, canned answers. The worst part is ABC Legal provides the same response to every poor review. pathetic.

After paying for rush service they didn't even attempt to serve the papers after 5 days and this is only after I called them for an update. Customer service was no help, each person repeated what the other said and nothing was done. Horrible
