It took ABC Legal 20 days to serve a writ of garnishment on a registered agent company (the easiest service of process there is). This was extremely prejudicial to my client who had a judgment of over $800K. By the time the Writ was served, the account had been cleaned out. ABC Legal was not responsive. They could not communicate with the process server. Terrible customer service experience. Now, we have to keep chasing the money. Do not use ABC Legal. They have no control over the process servers and are more expensive than many services. ABC Legal asked for more details or the review would be considered disingenuous. What else can i say without revealing information about my client.

You have not completed the job. I like that one of the defendants was served. But I do not understand why the other defendant was not served. I advised I would pay to find the defendants but after they attempted at an old address, I had to advise them again that I was willing to pay to find them, I thought my instructions at the beginning was to serve both, but was then advised that they only served one.

The regular updates from the process server were excellent. If hte process server had direct contact with the law firm seeking the service, it would be helpful especially when document are served on adult living int he home but not the person being served. In our province if that occurs, then copies of the documents must be sent via regular mail as well addressed to the person being served. Otherwise great service. Thank you.
