On-line collection of my information was user-friendly and efficient. Follow-up responses were also prompt. Service of process was effected expeditiously; I was notified immediately at the conclusion of service and received affidavits of service. Absolutely no complaints; would use ABC Legal again.

Aug 04,2024You advised that the person to be served did not live there on two occasions. I had to send a copy of the lease to get her served. Plus the final cost was in excess of what my office has paid to other services who did timely deliver.

Jul 31,2024Have used these guys for a few years and normally everything goes fine, but my latest interaction has me concerened something has gone very very wrong with this company. The proof they provided was deemed defective by the court and they have refused address this in over a week. Our case will need to start all over due to this horrible service. Every day I ask for an update and each time a generic reply comes from a different person saying they are waiting to hear back from compliance. Think twice before using ABCLegal for anything time sensitive or important. In fact, think twice before using for anything. Update-They replied to contact customer service, which I already did six times and got 6 generic responses. Did finally get a note they would refund but that doesn't help the case that was dismissed based on their incompetence. Signed proof was finally posted the day after court. There are clearly internal problems at ABC and they should be avoided.

Aug 06,2024Court documents were held for 8 days with only one service attempt, and on the second attempt, your agency closed the case. The court requires a six-day notice and much of the time was wasted with no attempts being made.
