Jul 20,2024Paid for rush service to a government office. Their “rush” policy guarantees a first attempt within 2 business days. After the 3rd business day, they had still yet to make an attempt. The online “support” team comprised at least 5 people telling me different things, none of which led to timely service. Not reliable.

Tried repeatedly to cancel service after 4 weeks because person left town. 4. Intended services has been served by another company. But ABC says they are still trying.

Jul 16,2024I pay my money honestly and received dishonest service. The processor identified the party, held a conversation with the party, then charged me for bad address!! Then sent them to the home I STILL own, paid again, - same thing! Charged with bad addresse at my own HOUSE! The process server again, identified the party and walked away charging me again. $150.00 to have 2 people sent incapable of dropping an envelope! Amazing, I guess ABC Legal really, really needed that $150.00! Called Los Angeles Process Server, - DONE SAME DAY AT SAME ADDRESS, DEPARTMENT AND RECIPIENT as hired by ABC Legal! Rick is awesome!!!!!!!!!!

Jul 15,2024You assigned an extremely important serve to a PPS who was unable to complete it. You waited 10 days to reassign it, now we have 24 hours to submit an Affidavit of Non-Service. Also, a proof of service has been waiting for a signature for 2 full weeks -- inexcusable!!
