Feb 07,2024The server was able to serve the documents promptly. I used to use another server and even sometimes used local sheriff's departments, but after failed attempts for this particular defendant. ABC Legal was able to serve quickly.

Feb 05,2024We really appreciate this service being in place as an option to serve folks who may be further away from our office. However, we have only had three (3) jobs complete to-date, and 2 of 3 have had issues with service delay and then further delay of uploading proof of service. To make this service the most efficient it can be, we would just prefer not to have to ask for the documents that we are supposed to receive as part of the service - more than 2 weeks from when they should have been uploaded, when the service provides a 2-day turn around on the proof of service, is a bit disappointing. That being said, customer service has been satisfactory, and we have appreciated Esther's efforts in getting us what we needed when we do call.
