Jan 04,2024I gave the process 2 cases to serve. I paid for 2. Yet he only served one, and I only received one proof of service! I’ve waited 6 months to get my case heard, only to have my case thrown out for improper service. The process server obviously didn’t read or care that there were 2 cases to serve, which would require 2 proofs of service.

Jan 10,2024Serving only worked third time trying (always the same address), person being served was not namely (only "white male with a beard") mentioned, however we need to forward a name. Proof of service provided by me (we needed a certain form) was never signed but after signing their proof also a non-proof was signed (Why???). Many things happened that were not really clear to me.
