Jan 23,2024Trust me, do not use ABC Legal Services This company is not customer service oriented and will pull little stunts to get more money out of its clients I inputted a process service request and the first attempt was made on the defendant with a message to follow that a lot or unit number is needed Unaware of the address issue as the address given was from the defendant. After further research on the defendants address, I then added a lot number to the service, just as requested Next, I get charged another entire process service fee for adding a lot number to my existing order. The justification comment for the additional charge was “One service per person and address.” Mind you, I still had two more service attempts available and the address was the same as the original order minus the lot number. Spoke to a manager and he was an intolerant jerk, so if you are looking for a company to process serve, this is not the company to go with as they will nickel and dime you at any given chance!

Jan 21,2024They served the paperwork within two days. So far, so good. They also promised to upload the documents within two more days. It is now nearly two weeks and they still didn't do that. On top of that they don't answer emails anymore. Very poor service.
