Dec 07,2024Finding the new location in Ft. Myers was not easy but once there all personnel were delightful to deal with. Natalie was my tech specialist who guided me through new mask options and the use of an app to ensure it the mask operated properly. She was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend!

Dec 07,2024John the service person was great,i had nothing but a great expercience with this person. my problem lies within the local office in New Braunfels, in my opinion this office is being totally mis-managed . I had been asking for help since before Thanksgiving and just now today it was finally taken care of thanks to the dedication of John the service person . He needs help and he needs it now,one person cannot take care this big of an area by them selfs.

I'd like to point out the excellent service provided by Marsha Cahil. she worked extremely hard to straightened out the paperwork submitted to the doctor and get the order processed. She was a pleasure to work with.
