called them about a blood pressure machine, said they would check with the insurance and get back to me, appox 2 weeks later i get a package with the machine and saying the ins co paid for it, yeah i was pleased !!! Only bad thing in can say is, is that trying to get a live person on the phone is like winning the power ball, other than that i am very pleased with them

We've always had excellent service through our oxygen company. Colleen and the Hudson office has been fantastic. If she doesn't have the information she will search find it and call you back. Lately are technicians Joe and Evan have been great. They respond back very quickly. The ones we've had in the past were just as attentive. Home oxygen / adapt Health has been fantastic

Our physician prescribed oxygen. Adapthealth sent me a text message the next day stating "I am needing to discuss your oxygen order please give me a call back when available 972-499-4564." I called that number; waited on hold for approximately five minutes; then the call went to voicemail with a message along the lines of "if you leave a message before 4:00 we will return your call the same day." I left a message. Hearing nothing, I called the number the next day; waited approximately five minutes; the call went to voice mail and I left a second voice message. No call back. On the third day, I called the number and was able to speak to a representative. She informed me that nobody at that number handles oxygen orders and she gave me another number to call. 800 868 8822. (three days have now gone by). I called the new number and can only conclude that an AI BOT was taking calls. It repeated itself several times and made no sense at all. The call eventually disconnected itself and I called a second time. The representative I spoke to then was able to answer my question and resolve the issue. One star because I did not initiate the inquiry. They sent me an incorrect contact number causing a three day delay in treatment. One star because when they texted me, they did not indicate why they needed to talk. If they had, I could have solved the problem with a return text. One star because if you're not going to return phone messages, don't say that you will. One star because when you finally get through the system, you may or may not reach someone who can help.

I thought that Ed was a good teacher, thorough with plenty of personal experiences that he's had with his own CPAP therapy. Good tips throughout to make the process go smoothly. He made everyone feel well supported as we begin treatment.

Excellent service very very kind and understanding. Awesome personality. Quickly noticed the issue on my machine and worked to enhance it and quickly left messages to my doctors and assistant. Thank you so much!

Victoria was wonderful to work with. She took her time and explained everything about my new machine, mask and the app. She even helped me to download the app. Victoria was thorough in explaining how to operate the machine and had me go through all the steps so that I was comfortable putting it together. Victoria explained how to clean the machines water chamber, hose , and filter. She explained what will void the warranty and made sure that I understood it.

Lenore was extremely knowledgeable about the CPAP machines and products and helped me pick out a different type of mask than the one I'd been wearing the past five plus years.

Marcus was extremely helpful with picking out the right mask for my use. With him being a Cpap user himself, he was very straightforward with what to expect at the beginning of use of the machine. He encouraged me not to give up at the beginning, and ensured me that it would get better with time.
