Adapt health is owned & operated by Clay home medical. They are incompetent, slow, and lie. If this is your cup of tea. Drink up. For thoes who need or require real medical equipment in a timely manner, this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Probably even a class action lawsuit! Stay away from them if at all possible! You've been warned @

9/24/24: AdaptHealth @ 704.317.1926 left voicemail & told me they had my supplies ready & to call 704.831.5000 for delivery. 10/2/24: I called several numbers but encountered multiple issues. I was transferred four times without a resolution, some staff promised callbacks but didn’t follow through, and I had to leave voicemails that went unanswered. As a client of the Charlotte office, my call was still redirected to TN, Wilmington, and Gastonia, adding to the confusion. 704.317.1926: (Caller) Left voicemail, no callback 704.831.5000 (Charlotte): Phone tech problem 980.448.3115 (Gastonia): Phone tech problem 844.825.3534 (Supplies): Database tech problem 563.287.9424 (Gage Mgr): Left voicemail, no callback 10/11/24: Tried all the numbers again today with no success. The ongoing lack of communication and organization is draining, both physically and mentally. I may just give up on this. My 1st sleep study showed I quit breathing 50 time in one hour, but that's fine. I think I would rather take my chances with no cpap instead of this merry-go-round with them. I'm a disabled senior citizen and sadly Medicare will only let me get cpap supplies from AdaptHealth. To resolve these issues, AdaptHealth could: •Improve communication by ensuring calls are answered or returned in a timely manner. •Provide clear and accurate information to clients about their status and supplies. •Enhance their internal coordination to prevent unnecessary transfers and delays. •Fix ongoing technical problems with their phone system & database to improve customer service. •Additionally, I discovered that they have an "F" rating with the BBB, which aligns with these frustrations. Better customer support and accountability could greatly enhance their reputation and client satisfaction.

Lenore was very good. She showed me step by step on how to use the CPAP machine. She took her time to explain everything to me. She made sure that I knew and understood how to setup machine. She also answered all my questions. I highly recommend her. She was excellent.
I do not agree if y’all’s policies on payments. It’s 2024. It’s time to update your payment program. Giving credit card information out over the phone is unacceptable. This is not in reference to the tech that came out today. This is in reference to last week when they scheduled my appointment. Luckily, that came out to show me the machine. Today was absolutely amazing and funny. He was able to get out really quickly and give me as much information as possible. Very communicative and professional.

The medical device support rep was very helpful, explaining throughly about how to properly use the CPAP machine and how to maintain the system as well.

Oct 15,2024The worse customer service i have ever experienced! I was bounced around to different people for over an hour and 15 minutes! I was disconnected twice. I was just trying to get my CPAP repaired. I now have been without a CPAP for a week! I will contact my hospital and dr and let them know about this hospital
