As a type 1 diabetic I receive monthly supplies but have not received one in two months. These people refuse to send out another order until I get a signature for the G7 in which I was already getting delivered monthly. I am currently out of pump supplies because of this worthless company. Do not trust this company if you rely on any sort medical supplies.
If you can avoid this company do so if at all possible even if your insurance is suggesting working with them and see if there are any alternative providers for your medical equipment. My insurance had me go through AdaptHealth to get my CPAP. I was charged $446.19 at my start date in February of 2024. I then received an email in October of 2024 that I have a $542.16 balance due and the invoice is all items from February 2024. In the payment portal there is a payment in the payment history for $446.19 but no documentation as to what it was applied to and just says origin external vendor. I called in to get an itemized invoice as to what has already been paid for as they are saying I now owe for items from February and after 2 agents and multiple hours on the phone they still have not provided me an invoice that matches the payment and keep sending me one that says $117.99 is the customer payment amount and that they cannot provide me with an invoice. This has taken me multiple hours to simply get an invoice as to what I have paid for and I STILL don't have it. How I can be sent an invoice for previous services without being able to provide a statement showing what previous services have already been paid for!? Instead of that the agent said they had to apply something which updated the payment amount that I have due to $208.04. It legitimately feels like a scam and I am appalled that my insurance required me to work with a company like this.

I would rate the people who drop off oxygen equipment at our house as amazing. But the support staff and automated calling system are terrible. I had no choice of companies for oxygen equipment but if I did I would never use these people again. Lack of equipment, expensive, understaffed

He was very helpful, courteous, and assisted me in making a decision about the bed and future items I might need to assist and accommodate my mother. His patience was greatly appreciated! I also am thankful for his knowledge and instruction regarding the equipment he delivered.
As it was the first time going to your Warwick it was great the therapist was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in an easy way for me to understand.

Robert delivered new electric bed and hoyer lift. He explained how both operated. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He is always a pleasure to have in our home.

Staff is always very friendly and very helpful! Michelle Barriga always makes sure we are taken care of. And makes sure we don’t have questions about the equipment. She even gave us a card to call her if we had trouble.
Te'a gave us very detailed explanations of how to use our CPAP machines and she went over all the different kinds of masks. She answered all our questions in depth. I look forward to getting many good nights of sleep. Thanks.
