Dec 19,2024This company left my mother with ALS wo food formula saying they can’t deliver it because we are on vacation in different state. But when I spoke to the manager prior she assured me it’s no problem and food will be delivered. One day prior my mother is running out of food they called and say they won’t be able to deliver food and didn’t give me any alternative. They basically neglected my mother and treated us with unethical attitude, putting us through tremendous amounts of stress and anxiety. Horrible things.

I was called the day before and told that I would get a delivery, I got a text message with the representatives picture and delivery time, and the gentleman was so wonderful. He made the whole delivery, enthusiastic and fun. And he was very happy that I was getting this new machine.

Dec 19,2024If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been trying to resolve my supply issue for the last 30 days. I will be out of supplies on Christmas day and they couldn't care less. They are blaming my insurance but insurance has approved this since 12/1. None of this would have even been an issue but they chose to short my supply order to "maximize my benefits" aka line their pockets resulting in my prior auth expiring. You call at noon on a weekday and after hours emergency answers. They are literally the worst company and have the worst employees I've ever encountered. Run to another supplier!!

Anyone need medical supply need to find another company this company has no idea what they're doing just asking you making a payment today. And all the five star you must got paid for it there's no way this company can be a five star.
