I wouldn't recommended anybody to work for this company, it's unorganized and dysfunctional. Supervisor netra vaughn is bad manager, real disrespectful and rude. She will treat you like you're beneath her and will accused you of being a liar, unreliable, and not being a true asset to the company. She is not even at the office to train you or observe you in person, instead there is another driver who reports to her about you. She will get personal with you and think that there is nothing you can tell her. Their are definitely some favoritism that are shown between managers and drivers. However with the co-workers, you have to watch them too because they will step over and set you up. I was still an trainee and still learning about the company's daily routines. They don't give you any proper training, they expect for you to know everything even if you are experienced with the same job but for a different company even though every company runs different. They don't care and seem to understand people strengths and what they needed to work on as an trainee. Starting off you'll think this a good company when it's not. The pay is bad for the high expectations and amount of tasks they put on you as a trainee. Benefits are good, definitely more driving and more areas that wasn't mentioned on the day hire. They will frame you for getting overtime and pretend that they are there for you or the patients when it's all about business. It's more about who they can rip off, throw to the ground, and kick to the curve. I hope before anybody thinks on applying for this company, be careful and pay close attention to what I say because it will save you lots of time and frustration!

Kayla (receptionist)and Alex (CpAP tech)were very personable and helpful. Kayla even told me where to get a burger before my appointment (as I was early). Alex was extremely knowledgeable about my NEW equipment as my old machine was 6 years old. Highly recommended!

Not sure how they have a 4.7 star rating. They have sent me 4 defective sensors for my Dexcom. I have re-ordered supplies with them twice so far through their automated system and both times I was told that it would ship by a certain date but never does so I end up having to call them again to have them rush the order. The first re-order, I ended up running out of supplies for 3 days. The second order, I expected another issue so I was proactive about tracking.
The guy came and took care of all my needs I didn't even have to move I'm so greatful he was such a gentleman God bless him
My equipment was delivered with all supplies needed on a timely basis. Ordering new supplies was easy and staff was always pleasant.
Our technician (Alex) was outstanding providing us in-depth instruction on tank use. He patiently answered all our questions and as usual extended us exemplary customer service.
I received cpap and supplies from this company. The local representative was fine however the processes to obtain assistance after the fact are impossible. I have a malfunctioning machine. I cannot reach the local office; every number goes to the same system which is exclusively focused on reordering and sales. I have made numerous calls and get into the system and NEVER get the needed assistance. I am looking for a company that actually cares about customer service.
