I think that they are trying to do what they need to do to make me a happy customer and so far they are doing that and so now I'm giving them a better rate because I can't judge about a few people. It's not even my place to judge. It is my place to get adequate. Equipment and stuff like that from them, and they are trying to make Resolve that make get where I have what I need. So that's why they get the 5 stars for me.
