Terrible company and lots of issues getting my Bpap supplies. It took a lot of phone continuous calls from myself and the doctors office just to get my pap supplies. Finally more than six months later I got some of the supplies, never again. I am switching companies.

Not only are their sales people calling them after I have repeatedly asked them to stop but I also am still getting monthly invoices from them after having paid off my CPAP in full. It’s also unbelievably sketchy that I receive emails, phone calls, texts and even my previous payments all have different LLPs associated with them. Who needs to have so many shell companies……

Great service
I was contacted by Adapt health to come in the office for an appointment to pick up my C-PAP machine. When I got there, I was told to sit in a chair which had a C-PAP machine in front of it on a table, next to me was another machine on the table that was for a women who had an appointment the same time as mine. We both sat down at the table and the Tech said this was our C-PAP machines and he would be going over them with us. I asked whether or not there was a selection of machines to chose from and he said no. As he went through the training, it was clear to see he was in a hurry and just wanted the class to be over. The lady who sat next to me was obviously uncomfortable with the Tech and his lack of listening to her questions as I was. He had hooked the machines up and had both of us try on the headpiece while turning the machine on. He ran the machines for about 30 seconds and turned them off, packed up the machines in their carrying cases, took our payments and let us go. Excited to get the machine, I immediately unpacked it and started to set it up at home. I opened the water reservoir and discovered brown junk in it, as I further examined the machine, I found white hair in the filter system, in between pieces of plastic on the machine and also under the sticker on the bottom of the machine, the sticker was coming unglued from the surface. The bottom stainless steel plate on the bottom of the reservoir had deep scratches indicating the machine had been used for quite some time. I then called the office and spoke with the tech only to be told I was out of my mind and there was no way I have gotten a used machine. That didn't go over well with me so I contacted corporate on 3 occasions but never received a call back. I also called my insurance company Humana and filed a complaint. After calling Adapts local office again and this time speaking to the store manager, he seemed to be interested in what I was saying and invited me in for an appointment. After taking the the machine out of it's case and showing it to him and him seeing the condition of the machine, he quickly got me a new machine to replace the used one. The funny thing is that he didn't say much about what happened and tried to sweep it under the rug as though it was no big deal. Do not use Adapt health for any of your medical needs. Corporate is also no help as they really don't care what their people do or how you are treated as a customer........Jim
