My 7 yr old son broke his leg and I needed a wheelchair. I called around to many places with all of them promising to call me back, none did. I was on the phone with this company for 5 minutes and they said they had wheelchairs to rent, went in and 30 min later had one in hand. Great people!!!
I have rarely had such great customer service from caring individuals. Oxygen delivery, setup wass the best that it could be. Professional and friendly. They seem to be part of Royal HoseStar LLC but my experience has been the best.
I did not give a five because things were a struggle all day and it cost us an xtra day here but the service was good once Kristin came We could not have received better care once she was here to instruct. We had all the answers we needed from her and we are ready for our next journey

I called to get a refund on the incorrect supplies Adapthealth sent me & they said I would have to pay for the incorrect supplies. So basically, they can send you any incorrect supply and the customer must pay for any error they make! What kind of company operates like this?!!
Dee Norment was patient & knowledgable when he explained how to use the CPAP machine. He took time to answer my questions. I left the session feeling at ease with using a CPAP machine for my first time.

Can’t understand what these foreign agents are saying, incredible delays in voice transmission, and they put your urgent medical needs on the back burner while you try to deal with their many different departments. It was a nightmare and I’m now trying to find a new medical supply company.
I am so frustrated with this company!!! I just tried calling the company for the issue below. I waited on hold for ten minutes before a voice told me I had "under an additional" 20 minutes to wait! Another time I was told I had under a 3-minute wait at least six times over 13 minutes. I need oxygen. I just realized that when the equipment fails, which it often does - I am screwed. How can they even be in a business handling people needing critical equipment when they don't even answer their phones? The portable concentrator they supplied could not even last long enough to get me to a doctor's appointment and back. They switched it out - same result. Then they gave me a new battery that caused the machine to shut off midway to my doctor's appointment. I got it going and it kept shutting off. It was a very scary ride home. Obviously, they don't test the equipment before it is delivered. I can not reach the company. This is just one issue of many issues with them.
