Apr 27,2024Good afternoon, I received my adjustamatic bed and it’s absolutely amazing. I’ve, been using it now for 3 weeks and it’s changed my life. I’m disabled, so using a normal bed was a nightmare, I couldn’t sleep but now I have my new bed I can sleep without any problems. I’m honestly, truly grateful to Adjustamatic’s to be able to sleep in my new bed, and have no issues whatsoever it’s a dream come true. I’m so happy, my pain is much better since I received my bed. Absolutely, nothing better than a good night sleep thanks again for everything I have my dream bed.

Apr 26,2024I purchased my second adjustamatic bed with your company ,and am very pleased with it, & the efficient way your company dealt with the order. The bed is wonderful, the only problem is ,I’m so comfortable I don’t want to get up. It’s everything it’s meant to be. The home visit by the agent was very informative,and a pleasure .The delivery was excellent.

Apr 23,2024My 82 year old Mother bought one of your beds in 2021 and I acted as point of contact between you and her.There is absolutely nothing wrong with the function of the bed, it’s very good. However, I find it utterly disgraceful that such an expensive mattress needed to be replaced after 3 years. It was also telling that, rather than email me about it, you cold called my elderly Mother and convinced her that it needed replacing? Very poor!!!

Apr 19,2024I purchased a Bariatric Chair in June 21, I had to call out an engineer on a couple of occasions. I did not receive the promised 2 yr review.6weeks after the 2 yr warranty ran out, the chair stopped working as a block which was put on by the engineer had bent the frame. The company wanted to charge £2500 to repair. It was clearly not fit for purpose. The company have been far from helpful, only offering a partial refund of about 30% after I got the Ombudsman involved,Very poor customer service, stay clear of Adjustamatic very unprofessional;

Apr 17,2024Please don’t waste your money with these people. I spent £4,000 and have nothing but trouble with my powered Bed and the aftercare and customer service has been beyond dreadful. I have given up trying now because the lies I have constantly been told as to why they have not been able to repair my bed is unbelievable and now they are saying the part is Discontinued and won’t replace the bed

Apr 12,2024Read in the Agreement to give this mattress on a £5499 bed 21days before contacting the company Ajustamatic as it may take time to get comfortable on . Well I told them after 21days. I am sleeping on my sofa as the mattress is so uncomfortable and they said I should have contacted before 14days. Awful firm , trickster sales in my opinion they are robbing vulnerable elderly and disabled customers Would not recommend

Apr 10,2024I’m not good at these things. I must say it has been very good, from start to finish. From booking an appointment, to a Representative coming. Was kept updated of order & when delivery would be. Was given a preliminary date, week before I was advised of the date. Delivery men phoned to confirm the day before. Then they phoned in the morning of what time they would be with me. 2 men very good they worked hard, bringing parts in & taking rubbish out. I do think I should have had a smaller size. As I couldn’t open my wardrobe, we had to move the bed over slightly. One bedside table is now in my kitchen. But very happy with my choice of company, sadly everything under the last bed does not fit in these. 2 twins put together. Motor also fairly quiet for other sleeper.

Apr 09,2024For me it was the delivery and installation of the bed. I had a telephone call the day before due arrival telling me the time slot they would arrive. On the day they arrived bang on 8am! Pleasant, chatty gentlemen but did not waste any time getting set up and installing the bed. They knew exactly what they we doing and worked well as a team. They also moved some furniture back into position for me. They couldn't have been more helpful

Apr 08,2024The chair I purchased to replace my old chair has been nothing but trouble I have lost count to the number of call outs to sort it out.The last engineer that came found a fault which he seemed to have been able to fix.The engineer knew what he was doing and very helpful. he told me to call again if problem came back. Today I have called to report same fault again I now have to wait weeks till some one comes out to fix it not happy

Apr 07,2024Great salesman that visited our home and although very expensive, the beds we ordered are so comfy and do everything they’re supposed to. Nice looking too with matching headboard making twin mechanism super king size bed. Impressed but now skint………..

May 05,2024Good afternoon. I am disabled and can only transfer from 1 piece to another. I first bought my chair which is very comfortable and then my back seized up because my bed was on blocks to enable me to get out but it was too high to get in easily so, I bought a bed. It has made such a difference. It is extremely comfortable and my back is no longer giving me problems
