Mar 06,2025Some advice before purchasing this cabin bag/case. All pictures in advert show it as free standing, but it just falls flat to the floor unless supported by a wall/chair etc. Very misleading . Unsatisfied customer

Mar 03,2025I ordered a suitcase for next day delivery. DPD failed to deliver and said they were returning it, so I rang them asking what's going on. Turns out they had an empty and open box... So I emailed Aerolite. The response was a blank email. So I rang Aerolite. Straight to voicemail, which cuts out automatically. Absolute sham of a service. At this rate, I'm going to have to go to my credit card company and ask them to refund me...

Mar 08,2025My wife and I bought 2 Aerolite cabin bags to avoid paying for hold luggage on a long haul flight with BA. This review follows on from that trip. The bags are right on the size limit for cabin luggage but we had no problems taking them on board and stowing them in the overhead lockers on the window side. They're easy to manoeuvre and strong enough to protect the contents however the telescopic handle did get stiff when under pressure from the contents of the case. The integrated zip lock worked well and although these are cabin bags they are big enough to use as general suitcases so a very useful feature. Overall we're very pleased with the function and quality of these cases, only time will tell on the longevity but there is nothing to suggest they won't give us years of service.
