Apr 18,2023aerolite case cracked around one of the wheels after first flight. Almost all types of damage are excluded from the warranty so its pretty worthless.

Apr 13,2023purchased an Aerolite easyJet Carry On Cabin New & Improved 2023 Model Hand Luggage on arrival there was a fault with one of the the zips I contacted their customer service,and was blown away by their amazing response They sent a replacement by DHL within 2 days with 1 hour delivery slot. This is so refreshing in these times,thankyou aerolite.

Apr 01,2023Truly easyJet compliant, unlike others I've bought, who claimed to be but weren't. Delivered promptly. Only small negative is wheels make it slightly uncomfortable to use as a backpack. But won't matter if you are intending using as a pull along.
