Jun 27,2023I purchased Aerolite (55x35x20cm) Lightweight Hard Shell Cabin Hand Luggage (x2 Set) and they arrived within 2 days. When we took them on holiday, I noticed that the stitching on the hinge side was already coming apart. When I came back from holiday, I contacted their customer services department and they asked for pictures of the fault. Within 2 minutes of me sending them the pictures, they offered me a replacement which again arrived within 2 days. Would happily buy from them again.

Jun 20,2023i had cause to raise an issue with a small carry on Aerolite case, one wheel of the 4, had a broken axel and the wheel would not move, the team investigated from my photos, communicated, i shared my receipt of purchase and they offered me a replacement case, please note this was my second purchase of this type of case as i do travel a great deal,

Jun 06,2023I made an order on 18 May and as of today I only received one item out of 3. I contacted customer support via email and was promised an answer in 72h. I called their customer service number several times during business hours and no one was available to take my call. Left a voicemail, but no one came back to me. Due to the negative experience and lack of communication, I am never going to use them again and would not recommend the company to anyone.

Jun 01,2023Ordered 2 aero lite bags and then mother in law required one so bought another, looks like delivery driver cutting corners and Leaving goods in unsafe places, and thinks that taking a photo of where he has left package is ok , obviously left in wrong place as it is open to everyone walking past, second delivery much better as left at collection point.

May 30,2023Do not buy aerolite products. Spent over £130 on case set, but the large case was faulty. Was stored in the attic for a couple of months and when we got it out the zip had completely corroded leaving a white residue all over. Contacted their customer service who said it was the fault of the baggage handlers. When I told them it hadn’t been used on an aeroplane they decided it was down to incorrect storage, despite being stored with other luggage in the dry, clean attic. Never once showed any interest in getting to the bottom of the issue, just wanted to confirm that they would take no responsibility and wouldn’t offer repair, replacement or refund. Truly awful customer service and would never buy one of their products again. Avoid, there are better options out there from people who actually value their customers and want to ensure they provide decent products. Giving one star purely because that’s the lowest it lets you submit, but begrudge even that! AVOID AT ALL COSTS Editing to say that the response below from aerolite is a load of rubbish. They haven’t addressed anything or even tried to contact me. They’re just pretending to have done something to hide their lack of customer service 😡

May 29,2023Purchased a Mini Max suitcase for use with EasyJet. It arrived quickly but I wasn't impressed at all with the quality. It had a cheap factory smell which made me hesitant to put any of my clothes in. Support was friendly and responded quickly when I asked to return. I did have to rewrite this review so I didn't offend anyone as Aerolite did report my previous review.

May 20,2023Can't fault the customer service. A wheel broke and I asked if I could buy a replacement wheel, they refunded me the full price of the suitcase (which I had bought the year before). I am going to buy another Aerolite case so that says it all.

May 11,2023This company is not interested when trying to return damaged goods. My cases in a set of 3 did not live up to expectations they are poorly manufactured my large case split first use. On trying to return all 3 in the set for a refund we were told they would not pay the return fee and it was our responsibility. This companies customer service is nothing short of disgraceful customer manager and customer service handler not interested in the customer. I have had to sit and reply numerous times to try and resolve with no joy. Beware.

Jun 30,2023We purchased a set of 3 suitcases - cabin, medium and large - in June 2023. The large and cabin arrived in perfect condition but there was a large dent which couldn’t be pressed out fully in the medium one. After we messaged the company our issue was resolved very quickly and efficiently and we received a new medium suitcase within days. Very helpful and swift resolution.
