Mar 30,2023I love Aerolite luggage especially the medium hard case. I am now on my third one. The first I had for several years until it was lost by the airline I was travelling with. They replaced it with a cheaper model so I bought another Aerolite, same size and colour as previously. The second time I used it it cracked close to the wheels again the airline replaced it for a different type but I still preferred my Aerolite. So again I bought another identical one. The first time it was used to fly to the UK it cracked again! Large cracks around the wheels and a long crack down the total length. Sadly my blind devotion to Aerolite has now come to an end.

Mar 27,2023Very poor strength suitcases particularly with regard to the strength/durability of the plastic. Ours cracked on first use and when you read the warranty, it is worthless as many have said. No customer will successfully claim on this warranty. A case of reading the detail before you purchase. Spend more money on a better brand, I wish I had.

Mar 22,2023I have an Aerolite carry on case which started to come apart at the handle also as the material is of poor quality although they claim it is rip resistant. It was purchased in 2019 only used 5 times and not used for 2 years due to covid and the material disintegrated on the last trip in 2023 Amazon claimed that they only have a 2 years warranty although the case had a 5years warranty @and the suppliers declined to accept tharpt they supplied Amazon. Aerolite cases are not fit for purpose and now have a 10 years warranty which wont last that long. Carry on case purchased on Amazon. Order receipt shown as December 2019. Amazon state that their products only carry a 2year warranty and was advised that it was supplied by Aerolite . Supplier contacted and they claim that they did not supply Amazon yet they claim that they did supply the case. After some further emails from both suppliers, Aeorolite required the tap warranty tags or the serial code inside the case, I was unable to supply the tags so far but as they said the internal security serial number is the the same. I was was then advised that as I did not have the tags the indicated that it was second hand and not covered. I’m sorry a recieplt for purchase the security number of the case should be enough for a claim under the warranty but this is not could enough. As I Saudi the case is not fit for purpose and not of good quality and does not last. The case was only used for carry on and not put in the hold so not abused.

Mar 14,2023WOULD NOT TOUCH THESE, USED THIS 1ST TIME... ALTHOUGH SAYS NO SCRATCHES, SUPER TOUGH ETC... NOPE, SCRACTED AND CRUSHED. SENT EMAIL AND THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW T&C - so what does your warranty actually cover, its totally ridiculous !

Mar 14,2023They advertise cases that complies with cabin dimensions EasyJet & Ryanair. IT DID NOT, TOO BIG! Then cost me £9.50 to return! Promised a callback from a ‘lady who was a manager’ never happened! I stated this was false advertising! Apparently they have a brilliant team who regularly review all case sizes😂. Then no refund, I asked for an update REPLY provide evidence the onus was on me as a customer to provide proof of postage. Not ‘I’ll look into it’ Email later that day they surprisingly found the return. Learn that the after sales is as important as the sales themselves! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!

Mar 10,2023What can I say I have used the large bag once and it now has cracks down the side and by the wheels I supplied photos of the cracks and Aerolite response they are not liable for third party damage.so basically as soon as your bag is handled by anyone else as IT ALWAYS IS at airports not Aerolites problem if you can’t use it again STAY AWAY from this company Basically Aerolites warranty does not mean a thing and is not worth the tag that it’s written on if you like wasting money this is the company to buy from

Feb 28,2023I am disappointed with the quality of the suitcases which I purchased recently for a trip. I am a frequent traveler and was excited to try out the brand for the first time. However, to my dismay, the suitcase split during its very first use, causing inconvenience and stress during my journey. I purchased the Aerolite 29" Large Lightweight Hard Shell suitcase from the website. After the first flight the hard shell case had split all down one side leaving my belongings vulnerable to falling out. I was forced to remove my items and transfer them to a plastic bag, causing significant embarrassment and delay. As a frequent traveler, I understand that luggage wear and tear is inevitable. However, I had never experienced such poor quality and premature failure in a suitcase before. I had high expectations from the brand as the write up talked the suitcase being ‘robust’ however I am extremely disappointed with the product's quality. I emailed the support email on 9th February to request a replacement or a refund but still have not received a reply or or even an acknowledgement. 28.2.23 I have provided photos of my emails to the support line on 9th Feb and sent them again to the same email address I used originally. 13.3.23 I have replied to the company stating that my case was in use at the time of damage, my complain relates to the quality of the material when the company talks about a strong shell to protect against the rigours of travel with a 5 year warranty yet it seems the above only applies if the case is not in use at the time of damage.

Jan 31,2023I ordered their hand luggage cabin bag (Aerolite Super Lightweight 4 Wheels Soft Shell Cabin & Hold Luggage, Cabin Size Approved for Easy Jet) which was SEO listed on google based on the dimensions I needed The case came, looked great, I was excited to use it I recently flew with easy jet, I was cool as a cucumber trusting that this was easy jet approved according to the BOLD statements all over their site However flying out of Switzerland I get hit with a 60 euro charge, because the wheels don't fit the dimensions! The main product description said approved for easy jet cabin carry on case! The dimensions they list at a glance match the easy jet ones....they fail to make clear that the wheels are NOT included in the Easy Jet dimensions! I raised this with them and to be fair, the customer service at the time was very good, responsive, admitted fault, agreed to put good the online description and issued me a full refund without question However I'm still 60 euro down and will now need to purchase another case They did not agree to refund me the charge and said and I quote "the information on the page isn't completely incorrect" They said "Having reviewed the product page, this case is approved for EasyJet with a seat upgrade". However this is not referenced anywhere on the product page. In fact it says the opposite! There is an image with a host of airlines featured where it says you do have to pay to upgrade...the only one highlighted is Wizz Air, which is side by side with Easy jet on the image False advertisement, and trying to find loopholes around being allowed to falsely advertise, is poor business and ethically wrong They admitted fault but will not compensate me for their wrong doing They thanked me for bringing it to their attention...I agree I should be thanked as I'm potentially saving them a lot of refunds for the same reason They also did not approve or post my 1* review on their website for this product, which I find very shady and misleading. Everyone should be made aware that their product copy is not correct and should be triple checked before purchasing. This is why I came to trust pilot Not a happy customer and won't be recommending to anyone
