Jan 21,2023Ordered a set of 3 one didn’t make it after its first journey, like many people are saying warranty is rubbish. I have never had a suitcase split like this did. Definitely wouldn’t buy from them again. Basically their warranty does not cover anything. Plus you’re insinuating they’ve been mishandled how can that be confirmed?? They are definitely not suitable for any kind of holiday.

Jan 19,2023I can safely say this company is the best to buy the most unsuitable luggage from,you can only buy from Amazon eBay and themselves,as no reputable retailer will stock such poor quality rubbish.I purchased 2 25inch cases from them to go to Turkey on landing in Antalya both cases did not survive the trip! Thus I had to buy replacements for my return. There guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on.If you believe the write ups on this company you are sadly deluded do not buy anything from them . They ought to be prosecuted!

Dec 17,2022Absolutely brilliant , I love these suitcases , we travel so much we needed a good sturdy suitcases , so far we have had two sets in 10years and it’s been the airlines fault they had been damaged , just ordered another set and had lots of issue with Yodel not delivering, so contact Areolite and they sorted the issue out I got both sets the next day, can’t say how happy I am with everything , customer service , quality, everything , you will never go wrong buying these suitcases and with a 5 year warranty in them need I say more

Jan 22,2023I was looking for a suitcase similar in size to another one I already own. I purchased from Aerolite based on the website measurements believing that the suitcase I was buying would be suitable in size. When the box arrived I was immediately struck by how the suitcase looked a lot smaller. My measurements confirmed that both the height and the width were 2cm below what the website description states. I immediately wrote to Aerolite requesting a return at their expense. They very quickly fobbed me off telling me my measurements were wrong (despite the fact that photographic proof was provided) and refused to pay return postage. They since ignored all my following emails trying to enforce my consumer rights. I would pay a bit more and avoid this company. Update following company response. Yes, it is indeed a shame that I cannot supply the photos as it would be clear that they are fine and the company is shirking its responsibilities. We are not talking a few mm here. It is not possible to have an error of measurement of 20mm without it being obvious, especially when only the height and the width measurements were off and the depth measurement was correct. This petty argument just demostrates the company attitude. As I said before AVOID.
