A brilliant buying experience. I just bought a Juki industrial machine from this company and they were so helpful throughout the process. Advised me on the correct machine for my product and sewed a sample for me to see. Great customer service (special thanks to Lewis) and trouble free delivery over to the Isle of Wight.

Replacement component order Following an earlier order, we required a replacement component. Unfortunately, this was a non-stock item that needed to be supplied from overseas. The team kept us informed throughout the process but the delivery did take much longer than expected, partly due to a customs clearance issue that was beyond the control of the team. However, great customer service once again.

Went to this company just after New Year to repair my machine. They fitted me in as it was urgent that I could carry on with my business. They sorted the fault very quickly, team were incredibly helpful and I even came away with a new machine. Having been using the machine for several months now I can honestly say it has changed my business and improved my profits. They knew just which model to recommend and made sure I was comfortable using it before I left. Have had zero problems but I know exactly where to go for all my future needs. Would highly recommend. Being new in getting to grips with an industrial sewing machine they were very helpful in answering questions and guiding me as to what was best. The subsequent order was dispatched the same day and on my doorstep the next. I’m now flying sewing wise!! Thank you
