Whilst developing a new manufacturing cell, AE Sewing Machines helped to guide me through suitable equipment, even trialling the material we would be using on the chosen equipment, videoing the results. The customer services at AE were fantastic, my issue was delt with immediately the damaged machine was collected and a replacement machine was delivered in person the following day. Excellant service all round.

(excuse the pun) Last week we rounded off the screw that holds the needle in place and although it was late in the day, AE got a new screw to the post office which arrived the next day. Many thanks.
