And Fay was so helpful, she told me the accessories I needed, etc. Such a pleasure. The whole experience was easy, which is an accomplishment these days!! Will shop here again, when I'm purchasing my next sewing machine!

It was obvious care had been taken so that it would get to me in perfect condition. I was sewing within minutes of having it in situ - brilliant!

May 05,2020I cannot fault AE Sewing Machines. From my many questions before I placed an order to the after care once my order was delivered. They have been a shining beacon of customer service. I upgraded from a domestic to an industrial machine and so had a big learning curve but at no time was I made to feel my questions were silly. My dealings were with Ellis and Rhys but I am sure that all staff at AE are as good as they are. I would thoroughly recommend the Company without hesitation.

May 01,2020Needed a replacement cloth curing machine and found what I needed at AE. Sent an email, got a prompt reply, spoke to Fay, she sorted me out and a week later I had my new machine. No fuss and no bother. Everything is ready straight from the box including blades, sharpening bands and a 3 pin plug attached to a length of cable. Plug in and start cutting.

Apr 30,2020Purchased a new sewing machine for my wife from AE When delivered the machine was found to be the wrong model Courier had mixed up the order with another customer who also purchased a machine from them Rhys from AE machines contacted me explaing the problem He then took it on himself to deliver a replacement machine himself which took him 3 hours driving time What great customer service Please use this family owned firm you will not be disappointed Nice to deal with a company with customer service morals in these troubled times
