May 26,2020The Service I received from AE Sewing and in particular from their Commercial Director, Rhys Gerrard was second to none. I purchased a machine from another company and a part broke, the company said it would take 6-8 weeks to come back to me. I telephoned AE Sewing and spoke to Rhys who talked me through what he thought was wrong and asked me to send him the part. Two days later I received the part back, fixed and with no charge! I was so impressed with the service I received that I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Extremely reactive to our last minute needs, with Rhys providing first class service by allowing us to collect on a weekend and also providing instructional videos for machine settings, answering any questions we have at any time. The machines are a fantastic price and have all the bells and whistles to make us more efficient.
