The machine looks amazing and I had good communication with the staff. The only thing I’m giving it a 3stars is that I was very disappointed, when the machine was delivered it was left outside for me to put in my house by myself which is impossible. The delivery guy said they only deliver but don’t help to put the machine in the house, so what’s the point of delivering the machine and leave it outside. How do they expect an individual to put the machine inside their by themselves, very disappointed.

Our usual mechanic couldn’t source the coverstitch machine we needed quickly enough so we tried AE. Service is incredible, they helped us find the right machine (from a bewildering list of options that I didn’t know existed) and it was shipped into UK within a week. We provided AE with some sample fabric and the team set the machine up, made two videos explaining how to use and adjust the number of needles etc and emailed them in advance of the one day shipping to us... Thoroughly recommended, we will definitely use AE again.

after some research took the plunge and bought may be a third hand industrial machine (not From this company) then realised i know nothing. Bought a few things on the internet.and nothing worked. Found this company on the internet (local to me!!!) and called. Well within 5 minutes i was on the road with the sewing machine in the boot, dropped it off and went on holiday. on my return was told to pick it up when Colin was in...so i did..Well i now know all about the machine and everything that may stop it from sewing. Came away with all the bits that i wanted and everything works, they even did a deal for my bits that didn't work. On top of all this it wasn't a lot of money.. Every member of staff i met there was helpful and happy and nothing was seemed to be any trouble. Every question i asked was answered without making me feel stupid.What a fantastic and efficient team. One thing for sure i wont be wasting my time buying on the internet again when i can pop along and get a cup of coffee while they get my bits. Thank you very very much.
